A boutique studio, on purpose.
Ambi Web Solutions is a web studio in Goregaon West, Mumbai, building for clients since 2019. We take on a few projects at a time and give each of them everything we have — which is the only way we know how to work.
What we do, and what we stopped doing
We build websites and online stores, the search and marketing work that brings people to them, the branding that makes them recognisable, and course platforms for people who teach. That is the whole list.
It used to be longer. We have deliberately stopped advertising things we do not do often enough to be good at — a studio our size that claims to do everything is telling you something, and it isn’t good.
Boutique cuts both ways, and you should know how
What you get
You talk to the person who does the work. No account manager passing your feedback to a developer you never meet, and no weekly status call that exists to justify a retainer. When you ask why something was built a certain way, you are asking the person who built it. Decisions that take a fortnight elsewhere take an afternoon here.
What you don’t
We cannot put six people on your project to hit a date that is already impossible. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so our start dates are real. If we cannot start when you need us, we will tell you instead of taking the deposit and hoping.
How we’d rather work
We work closely with clients and their teams rather than disappearing for six weeks and returning with a reveal. You get a staging link on day one and you are welcome to look at it daily. Surprises at the end of a project are almost always bad ones.
We would also rather lose a project at the first call than at the third invoice.
If what you are describing is not something we are good at, we will say so — usually with a suggestion of who might be better placed.

We are in Goregaon West and we work with businesses right across Mumbai. Plenty of our work is done entirely over email and video, for clients elsewhere in India and abroad — but if you are local and would rather sit down, we would prefer that too.
